• Very family friendly. 2 guest rule for duck hunting with up to 4 guns.

• Big buck program (8 points w/16” spread) - Typically harvest 30-40 deer per year with 6-10 bucks. Bucks have ranges from 130-150s. At least 30-40 deer stands with many 2 man tower and tree stands. Wheat, clover, chicory, and cow peas planted in food plots annually.

• Low pressure on substantial turkey population. Harvested anywhere from 3-14 in one year with four to five active turkey hunters with other places to hunt.

• hunting done mostly in permanent blinds or standing in timber. Most holes are relatively easy to access with 30-50 yards walks in the water.

Membership represents undivided interest in an LLC. Equivalent acreage approximately 74 acres per membership.
